Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Engineering & Product

About the role

Overjet is the world‑leader in dental AI, helping thousands of dental providers and insurers deliver better care. We are seeking a recruiter who will own the full‑cycle hiring process for our engineering and product teams across the US and overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles at every level, from sourcing to closing.
• Manage interview scheduling and logistics across US and overseas time zones without dedicated support.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reach passive, hard‑to‑find technical talent in multiple markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate hiring bar, and provide data‑driven feedback.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience, so every candidate leaves with a positive impression of Overjet.

Required profile

• Strong technical credibility to discuss system design trade‑offs with engineering leaders.
• High resilience and attention to detail for high‑volume outreach, follow‑ups, and managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfort using an ATS (Ashby) and managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
