About the role
We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to lead the hiring process for IT and technical positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of technical roles within our organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions such as Software Engineers, DevOps.Net, Angular, AI Engineer, etc.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS records.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and basic tech stacks.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
