Technical Recruiter

About the role

My Tutor Source (MTS) is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join its HR team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of hiring technical talent across domains, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and working closely with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs. The position is based in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, with shift timings from 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels.
• Conduct initial HR interviews on technical knowledge, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Build sourcing strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage the offer process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Build relationships with universities, recruitment agencies and professional networks.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics and pipeline updates for management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices, and complete other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience hiring for roles such as Sales, Customer Support, Marketing and other IT positions.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and software development technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and other platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
