Technical Recruiter – Night Shift (International Hiring)

About the role

We are looking for a resilient Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM). Working 100% onsite, you will act as the bridge between our organization and the global talent market, focusing on high‑volume, technical hiring for data‑center and IT infrastructure roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for international technical positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strategically source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches and networking, with a focus on the LatAm region and other global markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate job descriptions and set realistic expectations.
• Maintain a white‑glove candidate experience across multiple time zones.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability and trends in the US and LatAm.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT infrastructure or data‑center environments.
• Willingness and ability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM) onsite.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts such as TCP/IP, server hardware and network topologies.
