Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for our technology teams. Based in Lahore, you will work night‑shift hours to align with our U.S. clients and partner with hiring managers, HR leaders and project teams to attract top‑tier technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and specialized positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, technical expectations and candidate profiles.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and social media to source high‑quality candidates.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline using advanced sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.
• Promote Vertex IT Solutions as an employer of choice through recruitment campaigns and networking events.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency, scalability and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within software engineering, QA, DevOps or digital transformation domains.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Detail‑oriented, data‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, night‑shift environment.
