Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist (Onsite, Karachi)

About the role

HR Ways is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build a repeatable hiring pipeline for US‑facing roles based in Pakistan. You will source and place high‑performing professionals across AI consulting, software engineering, sales, client success, and corporate functions for a US‑based AI consulting and staffing company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals and job boards.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interview schedules and manage offer processes.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives and LinkedIn hiring campaigns in partnership with the Marketing team.
• Manage multiple openings simultaneously while aligning with US business hours or night‑shift requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably recruiting technology and sales professionals.
• BBA or MBA in HR from a reputable institute.
• Experience with international or US‑facing hiring.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to handle several requisitions at once and work night‑shift schedules.
