Technical Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for senior developers and other technical positions across our brands. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and partnering with engineering and people teams to scale our development workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified technical candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, referrals and Boolean search techniques.
• Maintain a pipeline of senior-level developers and create a long-term talent network for key roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews for technical and cultural fit, and coordinate technical assessments with engineering leads.
• Schedule and manage interview processes, keep hiring managers informed, and track candidates using Manatal or internal sheets.
• Collaborate with People and Development teams to refine job descriptions, market insights and hiring strategies.
• Document recruitment activities, suggest process improvements and define benchmarks for recurring technical roles.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record hiring senior developers in stacks such as PHP, Node.js, Python or DevOps.
• Basic understanding of software development workflows and engineering stacks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, Manatal and Boolean search methods.
