Technical Sales Executive – Solar, BESS & Industrial EPC

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in the Solar Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Industrial EPC markets. The role involves identifying new opportunities, presenting technical solutions, and closing deals with commercial and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar, BESS, and industrial EPC markets.
• Conduct technical discussions, prepare and deliver presentations, and create technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to produce BOQs, system designs, and quotations.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, and follow up on quotations until order closure.
• Support feasibility studies, ROI/payback calculations, and project handover activities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of technical sales or business development experience, preferably in solar PV, BESS, or industrial EPC.
• Hands‑on exposure to commercial/industrial customers and ability to understand energy requirements.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Required skills

• Knowledge of solar PV systems (on‑grid, off‑grid, hybrid) and major components.
• Understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems, inverters, batteries, EMS, and protection equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and EPC execution processes.
• Ability to read and prepare basic electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for preparing commercial proposals.
