Technical Services Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to support the airline’s Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) in ensuring the safety, availability and airworthiness of our fleet. The role involves developing, implementing and maintaining engineering policies, procedures and manuals across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and control engineering policies, procedures, manuals and best practices in line with airline and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) is designed, managed and optimised to meet operational needs and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), modifications, STCs and structural repairs and update the AMOS system accordingly.
• Coordinate with planning engineers and AMOs to set maintenance programmes, forecast work packages and monitor fleet availability.
• Prepare and submit Certificate of Airworthiness renewal documents to the Civil Aviation Authority.
• Monitor reliability parameters, generate reliability reports and drive corrective actions.
• Analyse engine trends, oil consumption and other performance data to plan cost‑effective maintenance actions.
• Support day‑to‑day engineering maintenance activities, performance reviews and management reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in airline or CAMO environments, preferably with exposure to aircraft maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations and Continuing Airworthiness requirements.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including regulators, AMOs and internal engineering teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on safety, reliability and cost efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AMOS maintenance software.
• Hands‑on experience with Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) management.
• Understanding of Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO) processes.
• Ability to evaluate Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletins (SB).
• Reliability analysis and reporting.
• Engine trend monitoring and oil consumption analysis.
