Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our operations team in Karachi. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience on the plant floor, working directly with rotary and stationary equipment, interpreting engineering drawings, and developing practical technical judgment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support for rotary and stationary equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to assist maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Document findings and produce clear, accurate technical reports.
• Ensure all activities comply with QHSE standards.
• Support day‑to‑day operations across rotating shift schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.4.
• At least one structured internship in a manufacturing plant.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Working understanding of rotary and stationary equipment technical criteria.
• Excellent verbal communication and technical report writing skills.
• Willingness to work on site, handle shift schedules, and operate to QHSE standards.
