About the role

We are seeking an experienced outbound B2B Sales professional to sell business VoIP and cloud communication services to North American companies. This is a true outbound role focused on cold‑calling and building a pipeline from scratch.

Key responsibilities

Prospect businesses through cold calling and direct outreach.
Build and manage your own lead pipeline from the ground up.
Identify decision‑makers, qualify prospects and present suitable VoIP and cloud communication solutions.
Follow up consistently, maintain accurate pipeline records and close sales.
Meet agreed activity, revenue and conversion targets.

Required profile

At least 3 years of outbound B2B sales, telesales or business‑development experience.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Proven ability to generate leads independently through cold calling.
Confident telephone manner, persistence and strong closing skills.
Comfortable working according to Toronto/North American business hours.
Experience selling telecom, VoIP, cloud or technology services is an advantage.
