About the role
We are seeking a Telecom & Networking Support Specialist to provide inbound support for USA‑based customers. The role involves handling calls, selling telecom services, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from USA customers.
- Sell Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Home Security services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound telecom services and networking support.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work night‑shift hours for USA clients.
- Preference for candidates residing in Lahore.
Required skills
- Understanding of IP networking concepts.
- Knowledge of DNS.
- Familiarity with routers and switches.
- Experience with Wi‑Fi technologies.
