Telecom Project Manager – Network Deployment

About the role

The Project Manager will own the end‑to‑end delivery of telecom network deployment projects, covering 2G, 3G, 4G LTE and 5G rollouts, modernization, network sharing (MOCN/MORAN), site integrations, expansions, swaps and decommissioning. Acting as the primary interface between customers, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams, the role ensures safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery while meeting all contractual and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead telecom deployment projects from award through final acceptance and closure.
• Develop execution plans, rollout schedules, resource allocations and delivery strategies.
• Manage modernization, expansion, swap, integration, relocation and dismantling activities across multiple regions.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks and dependencies to guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, conduct regular review meetings and provide performance reports.
• Oversee MOCN and MORAN network‑sharing programs, coordinating multi‑operator and multi‑vendor activities.
• Manage vendors such as Huawei, ZTE, Nokia and supervise subcontractors, field teams and site engineers.
• Control project budgets, profitability, invoicing and revenue realization; handle variations, change requests and claims.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing 2G, 3G, 4G LTE and 5G rollout projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with telecom operators, customers and vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, commercial contracts and resource plans.
• Experience in MOCN/MORAN and network‑sharing implementations.
• Excellent risk, issue and change‑request management capabilities.
