Telemarketing Specialist – Digital Marketing & Cold Outreach

About the role

Keystone Medics is seeking energetic telemarketing specialists to support its digital marketing outreach. Based in Lahore, you will contact prospective healthcare providers, introduce the company’s billing and revenue‑cycle management services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to healthcare clinics, specialty groups, and large facilities.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations, explain service benefits, and answer prospect questions.
• Schedule appointments, demos, or follow‑up calls for the sales and account teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, update call lists, and track lead status.
• Meet daily call and conversion targets while providing feedback on messaging effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clinicians and administrators.
• Customer‑service mindset with patience and professionalism during calls.
• Sales aptitude for cold outreach, lead qualification, and objection handling.
• Experience coordinating appointments and managing calendars.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient, and comfortable in a high‑volume calling environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing, business, or healthcare administration is a plus.
