Telesales Agent – UK Energy Campaign (Gulberg, Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking energetic Telesales Agents to join our UK Energy campaign in Lahore. The role involves contacting prospective customers, presenting energy solutions, and generating qualified leads for our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK energy market.
• Present product benefits, answer queries, and handle objections.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and strategies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Motivated, target‑driven attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Residency in Lahore and ability to work onsite.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
