Telesales Executive

About the role

Join DHL Express Pakistan’s “Insanely Customer Centric” team as a Telesales Executive. You will be the primary telephone contact for customers, driving new business and supporting post‑sales needs to ensure a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for DHL Express customers, handling sales and post‑sales inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise account performance and minimise churn.
• Execute a regular call cycle to existing customers, securing new business and meeting individual targets.
• Develop a personal sales plan to identify and acquire new prospects while growing the existing client base.
• Drive revenue growth through up‑selling and cross‑selling tactics, exceeding budgeted targets.
• Combine product knowledge with sales skills to convert high‑potential leads into accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Commercial acumen with a hunter mindset and proven closing ability.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Outlook.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
