About the role
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results‑driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to Western businesses, especially in the USA, and generating qualified leads for our services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Western businesses, primarily in the USA.
- Introduce our services and potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to convert qualified leads.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Self‑motivated, persistent, and target‑oriented.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
