About the role
Reckitt is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to lead a wholesale sales team in Lahore. You will be responsible for expanding in‑store presence, driving sales growth and coaching your team to exceed targets while supporting the company’s mission of delivering high‑quality health, hygiene and nutrition products.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and guide the team to exceed targets.
- Develop and execute field sales strategies that maximise reach and visibility across the territory.
- Lead engaging training sessions to elevate the skills of field sales representatives.
- Analyse sales data and trends to inform future strategies and optimise performance.
- Facilitate cross‑department collaboration to ensure unified support for sales initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a field sales role, preferably within an FMCG environment.
- Proven team‑leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
