Territory Sales Executive – Karachi

About the role

As a Territory Sales Executive you will be the face of Hayat Kimya’s FMCG brands in Karachi, driving both primary and secondary sales across the South region. You will execute market strategies, build strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensure product visibility, availability, and growth in a competitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly volume and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
• Ensure daily planned outlet coverage and maximize retail productivity.
• Maintain 100% range availability of Hayat Kimya products across all active outlets.
• Lead coverage expansion initiatives in line with annual objectives.
• Ensure effective and efficient use of the promotional budget by distributors and field force.
• Build capability of distributors and their sales teams through regular coaching and in‑market training.
• Conduct market visits, monitor execution, and provide actionable feedback to drive performance.
• Foster strong relationships with trade partners to ensure long‑term sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of sales and distribution experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with a leading multinational.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of delivering results through distributor‑led models.
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics in the South region.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and field sales technology platforms.
