Territory Sales Manager – East Africa & Pakistan

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Territory Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales of Digital Banking, Core Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury Management and Application Modernisation solutions across East Africa and Pakistan. Based in Karachi, you will manage the full sales cycle, develop new business opportunities and build strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new enterprise customers to drive revenue growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions and strategic partners.
• Lead RFP responses, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Collaborate with presales and technical teams to design winning solutions.
• Monitor market trends, analyse competition and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, banking technology or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network within banks and financial institutions in Pakistan and/or East Africa.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40‑50% across the assigned territory.
