Territory Sales Manager – Food Services

About the role

National Foods Limited seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive Food Service Division (FSD) sales across Lahore, managing distributors and institutional accounts while ensuring order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the zone’s sales strategy and route‑to‑market plan for institutional/food‑service accounts.
• Develop and track targets for key accounts, meeting regularly with chefs, owners and purchase managers.
• Act as primary contact for territory customers, resolve issues, collect payments and coordinate on‑time deliveries with the Distribution team.
• Supervise Distribution representatives to ensure accurate order fulfilment and full territory coverage.
• Visit institutional outlets to monitor stock levels, product expiry and quality.
• Identify and build relationships with key institutional customers and expand presence in underserved segments.
• Provide feedback on product performance and report sales, collections and variances against targets.
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and customer preferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in FMCG or food‑service sales.

Required skills

• Experience managing sales territories and distributor networks.
• Ability to track sales targets, collections and generate performance reports.
