Territory Sales Manager

About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager at foodpanda, you will lead the onboarding and development of restaurants and shops across the assigned city. You will act as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring a smooth integration into the platform and driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with vendors, deliver tailored onboarding training, and resolve vendor issues.
• Onboard new shops and restaurants across multiple locations, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Content teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Research accounts, identify decision‑makers, and generate interest in foodpanda’s services.
• Monitor newly onboarded vendors, drive operational excellence, and manage escalation of vendor‑related inquiries.
• Visit the field daily to ensure targeted shops are onboarded correctly and no category is missed.
• Support the incubation process for vendors to maximize their potential on the platform.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in e‑commerce or FMCG sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work across multiple internal teams.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with frequent field visits.
