About the role
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in Karachi for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio, ensuring product availability and visibility across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain product availability and visibility.
- Lead, coach, and support Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) through daily sessions and field visits.
- Execute trade promotions and ensure accurate implementation of offers and discounts.
- Monitor field KPIs such as penetration and productivity, and optimise routes using tools like Google Maps.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors.
- Track competitor activities and provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Prepare timely and accurate sales and financial claim reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage distributor relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on KPI monitoring.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Maps for route planning and market coverage analysis.
