Territory Sales Manager - Modern Trade

About the role

National Foods Limited is hiring a Territory Sales Manager for its Modern Trade business in Faisalabad. The role aims to achieve Modern Trade sales targets for the allocated distributors and key LMT account customers while keeping all sales activities aligned with the Modern Trade Sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Key Account Manager (KAM) and Sales Support team to contribute to the route-to-market strategy for target customers.
• Develop targets for key accounts in the allocated region, meet customers regularly and track, monitor and report performance against them.
• Act as first point of contact for key customers, helping resolve issues, collect payments and follow up with logistics so products are delivered on time.
• Visit stores to check stock levels and product expiry dates.
• Build strong business relationships with key customers and expand the company's presence in underserved markets using customer and marketing team insights.
• Track and report actual spend versus the regional budget, and attend regular reviews with the KAM to report sales versus targets.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor performance and consumer preferences, and prepare regular management sales reports.

Required profile

• Graduate level education.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
