Ticketing Agent

About the role

The Ticketing Agent will promote and execute daily sales and customer service activities for the travel shop, handling reservations, ticketing, and related travel services to meet set targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote sales of tickets, packages, holidays, visas, insurance, car rentals, and other travel products.
• Process reservations, travel bookings, modifications, and issue tickets for walk‑in and calling customers.
• Implement cross‑selling techniques and educate customers on promotions, campaigns, and special offers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via visits, calls, or emails, ensuring a positive airline image.
• Notify customers of flight changes, delays, or cancellations and process visa applications in line with airline policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in Tourism/Management; additional aviation/IATA qualifications a plus.
• At least 1 year of counter ticketing sales experience, preferably in travel, airline, or tourism.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to manage angry customers and resolve complaints.
• Ability to work long hours under pressure and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
