Ticketing Officer & Umrah Consultant

About the role

Travelution is seeking a dedicated Ticketing Officer and Umrah Consultant to join its Karachi team. You will manage airline ticketing operations while providing expert guidance on Umrah packages, visa processing, and Saudi travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, re‑issue, cancel and refund airline tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Process Umrah and Hajj bookings, including visa applications and compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Assist clients with documentation, travel itineraries, and package selection.
• Maintain accurate records in booking systems and ensure timely communication with airlines and hotels.
• Support sales and negotiation efforts to meet booking targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience in Umrah/Hajj consultancy and 1–2 years in airline ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah packages, visa procedures, and airline fare rules.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu; basic Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS software – Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo.
• Familiarity with IATA regulations and airline ticketing processes.
• MS Office competency.
