TikTok Shop Brand Manager

About the role

Xtive is seeking a full‑time TikTok Shop Brand Manager to lead day‑to‑day store operations on TikTok Shop in Multan. You will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing pricing and inventory, and driving platform‑specific content and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory on TikTok Shop.
• Plan, create, and execute TikTok‑focused content and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align promotions with platform trends.
• Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to refine campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage promotions, vouchers, and live‑shopping events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all store touchpoints.
• Coordinate with customer support to resolve buyer inquiries and issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok Shop policies, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong eCommerce background with experience in marketplace/store management.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok, TikTok Shop, or other social commerce platforms.
• Basic understanding of short‑form video trends and creator collaborations.
• Digital marketing knowledge, including campaign planning and conversion optimization.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and traffic data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and platform features.
