About the role
AirSial’s Engineering & Maintenance department is seeking a Trainee Engineer for the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) at its Karachi base. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience supporting aircraft maintenance operations.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of basic engineering principles.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with IT and computer applications.
Required skills
- Experience or familiarity with the Airbus A320 family (advantageous).
- Understanding of MCC or line‑maintenance processes.
