Training and Development Specialist

About the role

The Training and Development Specialist will elevate the capabilities and skills of the organization’s talent, aligning learning initiatives with business goals. This role assesses developmental needs, designs and delivers training programs, and fosters a robust learning culture to boost employee productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all training needs, including new‑hire orientation, product & system training, and performance‑management programs.
• Conduct engaging generic‑skill trainings and ensure new employees meet performance benchmarks.
• Run the full Training Needs Analysis (TNA) cycle in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain and roll out a training calendar that meets compliance and business requirements.
• Oversee training courses and materials, ensuring quality, consistency, and evaluating effectiveness.
• Develop facilitation and coaching skills of line managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in Training and Development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business‑related field.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate business results with a people‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with the JARVIS platform.
