Training Executive – Employee Development

About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a proactive Training Executive to lead employee learning, skill development, and performance improvement initiatives. The role involves coordinating, delivering, and evaluating training programs that boost knowledge, productivity, and professional growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs based on departmental needs.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across teams.
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning resources.
• Monitor employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement development plans.
• Support coaching, mentoring, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Ensure training programs align with company goals, policies, and performance standards.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management regarding training outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training, learning and development, or employee coaching roles.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate individuals with different learning styles.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
