Training Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Training Officer to join our HR team and drive learning initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that unlock employee potential and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and training needs analyses to identify performance gaps.
• Design and implement quarterly and annual training programs, including onboarding, product, and process training.
• Facilitate monthly onboarding sessions and coordinate group orientations.
• Prepare and deliver training courses, run content dry‑runs, and engage external expert trainers when needed.
• Maintain training analytics on the company platform and track employee career progress.
• Visit market and distribution sites weekly to gather feedback and resolve training‑related issues.
• Manage the production of training materials and plan organization‑wide CSR initiatives.
• Present project insights and training feedback to key stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with field training exposure.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Emotional maturity, teamwork, agility, and a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
