Training Officer (Pharm D)

About the role

The Training Officer (Pharm D) will support the organisation by delivering induction and mandatory training programmes to staff. Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, the role ensures all employees meet required training standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the staff induction programme to all new starters.
• Provide mandatory training to all company staff.
• Design and deliver specialist training modules as needed.
• Manage training administration, including scheduling and record‑keeping.
• Coordinate enrolment and progress for Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma qualifications.
• Grade assignment submissions and support timely completion.
• Handle qualification‑related administrative tasks and stay updated with awarding‑body guidelines.

Required profile

• Pharm‑D degree (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in training delivery (preferred).
• Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma (UK RQF) – advantage.
• Previous training or teaching experience – advantage.
