Transformation & EPMO Manager

About the role

The Transformation & EPMO Manager is a key execution layer within JazzWorld's Strategy Division. Based in Islamabad, the role bridges strategic intent and on‑ground delivery, ensuring enterprise‑wide projects are governed, tracked and reported with rigor and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proactive project management of high‑stakes, cross‑functional initiatives following global best practices.
• Ensure all strategic projects comply with EPMO policies and delivery frameworks.
• Maintain a real‑time consolidated view of the portfolio, reporting status, resource utilization and risks to leadership.
• Prepare decision‑ready management reports, board materials, ExCo updates and CSO briefings.
• Coordinate engagement with internal stakeholders and external consultants, holding workstreams accountable to outcomes.
• Support design and rollout of structured transformation frameworks and adoption of new ways of working.
• Collaborate with workstream leads to evaluate commercial, financial and technical feasibility of initiatives.
• Develop and track business cases, value realization metrics and KPIs.
• Implement AI‑first project management tools for streamlined governance and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a PMO or strategy execution role.
• Strong understanding of global gold standards in project management and proven delivery of enterprise‑level projects.
• Solid financial acumen with ability to perform financial analysis.
• Analytical, structured and able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
