Travel Consultant - Expert Visa Processing & Ticketing

About the role

Travel Guru is expanding its travel operations team in Lahore and seeks a detail‑oriented Travel Consultant with deep expertise in visa processing and ticketing. The successful candidate will independently manage end‑to‑end travel coordination for both international and domestic clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complete visa application workflows, including documentation, submission, and follow‑ups.
• Process international and domestic flight bookings, re‑issuances, and cancellations.
• Arrange hotel accommodations through global platforms.
• Design custom travel itineraries based on client needs.
• Liaise with airlines, embassies, and travel vendors.
• Manage urgent travel requests with quick turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, visas, and client data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consultancy, visa processing, or ticketing.
• Background in a travel agency or tour operations company.
• Immediate availability for joining.
• Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
