Truck Dispatcher – Early Shift (5am‑2pm)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The position works the early shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, coordinating loads across North American freight lanes.
Key responsibilities
- Dispatch truck loads and manage daily schedules.
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone and email.
- Track shipments to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Negotiate rates and book loads efficiently.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
Required profile
- Prior dispatching or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Excellent negotiation and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work the early morning shift.
Required skills
- Proficiency with dispatch software.
- Familiarity with load boards.
What we offer
- Basic salary of PKR 60,000 per month.
- 10% commission on loads dispatched, uncapped earnings.
