Truck Dispatcher for US Operations (Night Shift)

About the role
We are looking for experienced Truck Dispatchers to support our US trucking campaign from Lahore. The role involves booking loads, negotiating rates and keeping drivers on schedule during a night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Book loads using DAT and Truckstop load boards.
- Negotiate freight rates with brokers.
- Coordinate drivers, plan routes and manage daily issues.
- Handle detention, layovers and other operational challenges.
Required profile
- Previous experience dispatching trucks for US carriers.
- Fluent and confident English communication.
- Ability to work the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM night shift.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the DAT load board.
- Proficiency with the Truckstop load board.
