Truck Dispatcher – US Operations (Remote, Lahore)

About the role

We are expanding our USA Truck Dispatch Services team and are looking for a motivated Truck Dispatcher to manage loads for international trucking operations. The role is remote, based in Lahore, and follows US working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book and negotiate rates for freight using DAT and Truckstop load boards.
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers and clients to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end trucking business process, from load acquisition to final settlement.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates and communications.
• Provide regular updates to the US‑based operations team.

Required profile

• Proven experience with DAT and Truckstop load boards.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of US trucking regulations and operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple loads simultaneously.
• Self‑driven attitude with a focus on delivering results.
