About the role
We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to manage dispatch operations for our USA trucking business. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and involves coordinating driver schedules and client deliveries during evening and night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Dispatch trucks for the company, ensuring timely service to clients.
- Maintain communication with drivers and clients throughout the shift (4:30 pm – 2 am).
- Handle client requests and provide required transportation services.
- Track shipments and resolve any dispatch‑related issues.
Required profile
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a truck dispatcher in the USA trucking industry.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
