UK Recruitment Specialist – International Market Experience

About the role

Niazi Solutions, a London‑based marketing and advertising firm, is looking for a UK Recruitment Specialist to support its international hiring needs. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for UK‑focused roles, building pipelines and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases and market research.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback and support offer and onboarding processes.
• Track pipeline activity and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience in the UK or another international market.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small, evolving company.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder‑coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Boolean search techniques
• Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet tools)
