Umrah Travel Agent – Hajj & Umrah Consultant

About the role

Safa Travel, a UK‑based travel agency, is looking for a motivated Umrah Travel Agent to join its Lahore office. You will act as a Hajj & Umrah consultant, handling sales, bookings and customer service for pilgrims travelling to Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah packages to individual and group clients.
• Process airline ticketing, ensuring compliance with ticketing rules and fare structures.
• Provide accurate information on travel itineraries, visa requirements and related services.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the agency’s revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry; fresh graduates may also apply.
• Demonstrated experience in Hajj and Umrah sales is mandatory.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work UK business hours from Lahore.

Required skills

• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations.
• Understanding of airline fare structures.
