Unit Head – Client Onboarding & Servicing

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head the Client Onboarding & Servicing unit within our banking operations. Reporting at VP level, the role oversees end‑to‑end onboarding, compliance and servicing processes for retail and private banking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee KYC, CDD and EDD procedures and ensure accurate identity verification.
• Guarantee FATCA and CRS reporting compliance and accuracy.
• Manage account maintenance, dormancy lifecycle and related servicing activities.
• Handle client complaints, debit‑card issuance, online‑banking support and statement generation.
• Produce and monitor KPI packs for the unit.
• Lead performance management for a team of nine full‑time employees.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
• At least 10 years of experience in retail or private‑banking operations.
• Minimum three years leading client onboarding or servicing teams in a centralized environment.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.
