Upwork Bidder – Hybrid Role

About the role

The Upwork Bidder will join Right Tail Corp’s business development team to source and win new projects on Upwork and similar freelance marketplaces. Working hybrid from our Rawalpindi office, you will translate client needs into compelling proposals that align with our software development services.

Key responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant project opportunities on Upwork and comparable platforms.
• Analyse client requirements and draft tailored, persuasive proposals.
• Collaborate with technical leads to define accurate scopes, timelines and pricing.
• Maintain a pipeline of bids, track follow‑ups and update CRM or tracking tools.
• Provide regular status updates to business development and leadership.

Required profile

• Strong written communication and proposal writing skills in English.
• Proven experience using Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
• Basic understanding of web, mobile app and SaaS development services.
• Excellent research, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
