About the role

We are looking for an Upwork Growth Specialist to drive new business through the Upwork platform. You will identify high‑quality projects, craft tailored proposals, and manage client communications to convert leads into revenue‑generating contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Research and bid on high‑quality Upwork projects that match our service portfolio.
• Write customized, client‑focused proposals that highlight the right Mammoth‑AI services.
• Understand client requirements and position appropriate solutions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects, including follow‑ups and qualification.
• Schedule qualified meetings with senior leadership.
• Continuously improve proposal quality, response rates, and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
• Excellent written English and strong communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of client needs and solution‑selling techniques.
• Experience selling technology services is preferred.
