Upwork Outreach Executive – Onsite, Lahore

About the role

We are looking for an Upwork Outreach Executive to join our Lahore office. You will be responsible for driving new business through Upwork by identifying opportunities, crafting high‑impact proposals, and converting leads into projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant Upwork opportunities in web development, mobile applications, and AI solutions.
• Research clients, companies, project history, and business needs before outreach.
• Write personalized, high‑converting proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain daily proposal activity while ensuring quality and relevance.
• Handle initial client communication, requirement gathering, and opportunity qualification.
• Coordinate with technical teams and management for project scoping and solution alignment.
• Track proposals, client responses, interviews, and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Monitor proposal performance, response rates, and win ratios to continuously improve outreach strategies.
• Maintain and optimize agency presence on Upwork, including profile strength, portfolio updates, and client reviews.
• Analyze competitor positioning, pricing trends, and marketplace opportunities.
• Ensure smooth handover of won projects to the delivery team with complete client context.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or agency outreach.
• Strong understanding of Upwork platform dynamics, proposal ranking, Job Success Score, and client behavior.
• Proven track record of winning projects and generating qualified leads through Upwork.
• Excellent proposal writing and business communication skills with a professional tone.
• Ability to research prospects, analyze requirements, and translate technical details into client‑focused solutions.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
