US Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a US Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring for positions based in the United States. The role involves handling high-volume recruitment across multiple locations while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor applications from job boards such as Indeed and other sources.
• Organise candidate data by role and location using an applicant tracking system.
• Conduct structured phone screenings using predefined questionnaires.
• Record interviews for review and share screened profiles with the relevant management team.
• Prepare concise candidate summaries and recommend applicants for subsequent interview stages.
• Provide regular hiring updates and maintain consistent hiring practices.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to EEOC and US employment compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or multi-location hiring.
• Strong phone screening and candidate evaluation abilities.
• Experience using job boards (e.g., Indeed) and an ATS.
• Excellent communication, reporting skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to record interviews and share documentation.
