Vendor Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Vendor Experience Specialist to lead and optimise menu content for our partnered restaurants on the foodpanda platform. You will ensure accurate, engaging, and up‑to‑date menu information while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage supervisors and team leaders within content operations.
• Create, upload and maintain vendor menus, guaranteeing correct item names, descriptions, pricing and images.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to implement menu changes, new dishes and promotional items promptly.
• Oversee smooth onboarding of new vendors within defined timelines.
• Audit menu content regularly for errors, inconsistencies or outdated information.
• Enforce quality standards for grammar, formatting and imagery across all menus.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, UX/UI and customer support to align menu updates with campaigns and platform features.
• Monitor menu performance metrics such as click‑through rates, item popularity and customer feedback, providing actionable insights.
• Manage multiple menu launches, seasonal updates and cross‑functional improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in content or operations management, preferably in food, e‑commerce or online delivery.
• Proven leadership experience managing supervisors and team leaders.
• Strong understanding of food‑industry terminology, trends and consumer preferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong project‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
• Detail‑oriented and focused on quality and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience using SEO tools.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Ability to utilise AI tools and data‑analytics solutions.
