Vendor Management Executive (VME) – Global Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Vendor Management Executive (VME) to oversee global vendor operations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The role supports IT Managed Services, ITAD, WiFi Survey, and Warehousing projects by coordinating technicians, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Source and coordinate field technicians and resources according to project needs.
• Maintain strong communication with existing and new vendors.
• Support vendor onboarding, including forms, screening, NDA, and MSA documentation.
• Maintain and update the vendor database in Odoo/ERP systems.
• Share candidate profiles with internal stakeholders and track hiring status.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Delivery teams for resource fulfillment.
• Follow up with vendors on availability, rates, documentation, and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with company vendor management policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly vendor management reports.
• Assist in project closures and maintain audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, recruitment coordination, operations, or IT/telecom support.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Experience coordinating with international vendors and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
