Video Editor

About the role

A full-time, on-site Video Editor position based in Karachi, NASTP. The editor assembles raw footage into polished video content such as promotional campaigns, social media assets and client presentations, working closely with the creative and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Edit video clips, synchronize audio and apply transitions and effects
• Color correct and grade footage, then prepare final deliverables in various formats
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, refine visual storytelling and align content with brand and campaign objectives
• Maintain media libraries, stay current with industry trends and suggest improvements to video quality and audience engagement

Required profile

• Prior experience working in a marketing agency is a must
• Experience turning raw footage into compelling, cohesive stories
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, give constructive feedback and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency in video color grading
• Motion graphics and graphics for titles and overlays
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong sense of pacing, composition and visual storytelling
