Virtual Relationship Manager

About the role

The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) acts as the digital bridge between the bank and its SME clients. You will drive proactive engagement, oversee seamless onboarding, and deliver tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance and a customer‑centric digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead management and handling of drop‑off scenarios for new client acquisition.
• Manage NSTP (New SME Transaction Process) scenarios.
• Assist clients through onboarding and post‑onboarding support.
• Handle client servicing, complaints, and issue resolution.
• Cross‑sell relevant banking products within three months of onboarding.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in a similar relationship‑management role within banking or financial services.
• Strong sales knowledge and understanding of market trends, investments, and financial markets.
• Excellent interpersonal, cultural sensitivity, and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
• Result‑oriented, dynamic personality with a proactive attitude.
