Visa Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Visa Officer to join our team at Ibex Global Tours. The role involves managing visa applications for a variety of destinations, ensuring compliance with embassy requirements, and providing guidance to clients throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and organize client files according to specific embassy requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain missing documents and provide application updates.
• Maintain accurate records and document tracking systems.
• Assist with embassy submissions, schedule appointments, and follow up on cases.
• Ensure compliance with visa regulations and company standard operating procedures.
• Provide professional support to the sales and operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of visa requirements for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, China, Turkey, Russia, Japan, and other destinations.
• Experience handling complex cases and offering documentation guidance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in client counseling and case management.
